- International shipping is currently not available.

- Custom-designed wraps may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on location).
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on location, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (if applicable, details will be mentioned on the website).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the link provided.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Fonowrap is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- An unboxing video
- Photos of the package and product
- We will coordinate with the courier service and provide a suitable resolution.
