Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product does not match the design or specifications you ordered.
- Your order is incomplete or missing items.
Important:
- To request a replacement, you must provide a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed wraps (unless defective or incorrect).
- Products that have been used, applied, or damaged by the customer.
- Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
